The exclusive detachable handle features a quick-release button. Simply press and slide the button backwards to release the handle from the pan. The detachable handle provides convenience for both cleaning and space savings when storing your pan(s) in smaller kitchens or cupboards.
Q: What does the quick-release handle do?
A: It comes off without tools. Press and slide the button and the handle releases from the pan, so the pan goes into an oven, a dishwasher or a cupboard without a handle attached.

A: All single-handle AMT pans. It is fitted once with a screwdriver using the screw provided, after which it detaches and reattaches by hand.
